Items available at an additional cost are: appetizers, specialty beverages, cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks, food upgrades, and gratuity.
Your ticket does not include sales tax or gratuity for staff or entertainers. Food Sales Tax will be billed to your table, and due at the show. Please reward our staff for their excellent performance. Parties of 8 or more will also be charged a service charge towards gratuity, at the show.
Due to the size and shape of our showroom, parties of more than six may be split in to multiple tables, however they will be next to each other.
All Ages admitted. Guest under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parent or guardian. The show does contain adult language and themes.
Tickets are not refundable. Velvet Lounge will happily exchange dates on your reservation with a minimum of three days advance notice. Ticket exchanges are subject to a fee. Check with the box office.

Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. Please reward our staff and entertainers for an amazing experience.
Is your building handicap accessible?
Yes, Velvet Lounge is handicap accessible. We offer wheelchair seating in our showroom. Be sure to mention the need for wheelchair seating when calling the box office for ticket reservations. If you purchase tickets online, please call us afterwards (714-277-4492), so we can be sure to update your reservation.
Where should I park?
We are in a downtown location, but parking is a breeze! Ample parking is available in a parking structure, for a minimal fee, around the corner from Velvet Lounge at 310 Birch Ave. Street parking is also available, however they are metered until 10pm Monday-Saturday.
What is your policy on cell phones?
Texting during a performance or a ringing cell phone is a distraction for audience members and performers. If you bring a cell phone into the show, please turn it off before the performance begins.
Do you have an ATM in the building?
Yes, we have one Automated Teller Machine located near the front entrance of the Lounge and Bar.
What is your policy on cameras?
Videotaping is strictly prohibited. Still photos are acceptable, as long as there is no flash.
How may I purchase a Gift Card?
You may purchase Velvet Lounge Gift Cards, on-site, during our regular business hours.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
Call our box office to place your ticket order. Be sure to have your Gift Card available. We will need the numbers and the dollar amount from the certificate when you place your order.
Is there bus or train service to the venue?
Velvet Lounge is very accessible by Public Transportation. Bus routes 206, 145, 55, 757 all are within blocks of our location. OCTA Route 462 also connects to the Santa Ana Depot, with access to all the trains. Routes and schedules vary, so please check with OCTA for the latest information.
Are Show Only tickets available?
Show Only tickets may be reserved no earlier than 3 days prior to a performance date, based upon availability. Just call the box office.
What if I have a special dietary need?
If you or someone in your party has a special dietary request or concern, please bring it to the attention of your reservationist when you place your ticket order. Velvet Lounge offers vegetarian and gluten free options. Simply ask your server.
Do you have a dress code?
Velvet Lounge does not have a dress code. However, most people dress up -- some more than others. We want our guests to be comfortable, but generally, you will not see guests wearing shorts, tennis shoes, or blue jeans to our dinner shows.
